Why do we need help?

Our sparsely populated village has  around 1,100  scattered residents who call El Rito home.  In 2025 we must raise at least $90,000 via grants, donations, and fundraising campaigns to keep the building running (electricity, heat, water, repairs, etc.), buy circulating items (adult, young adult, and kids books; DVDs; educational materials; magazines; online services; and more) and run our programs (reading to kids, quilter meetings, chocolate chocolate, and more).
